Most printable products can be opened with a standard PDF reader.
Some templates or digital tools may in rare occasions require platforms such as Canva, Google Docs, or other common software. When that is the case, the product description will clearly explain what is needed before purchase.
Be sure you know your device and the process to download and print a PDF document.

Our work is coaching-based, which means we focus on growth, clarity, structure, planning, personal development, and practical life systems. Counseling and therapy are clinical services that help individuals heal, process trauma, and receive mental health care from licensed professionals.
A simple way to understand the difference is this: counseling helps you heal what hurts; coaching helps you grow toward whatβs next.
If you need mental health support, we encourage you to contact a licensed counselor, therapist, psychologist, medical provider, or emergency service in your area.

The Weekday Woman is not built around endless one-on-one coaching calls or complicated programs. Our approach is practical, accessible, and self-paced.
We provide on-demand tools, coaching resources, digital systems, and thoughtful guidance that women can use in the margins of real life during lunch breaks, quiet mornings, carpool waits, late nights, or whenever they finally get a moment to breathe.
