The April Theory: Why This Is Actually the Start of Your Year
For most of us, January is a month of recovery, rather than the moment we to launch into a new set of goals. Our theory, is that for most weekday women, January comes in while we’re still recovering from the holidays and most resolutions fade by the end of February into March. But April seems to add a little “spring” in our step and becomes a season of real shifting.
